A series of management training programs are jointly developed by experts of MCG in the process of working with more than 400 businesses in Vietnam. Through counseling sessions and working closely with management levels and listening to the challenges they face, experts have developed tool solutions to help management solve the problems. These solutions and tools have been simplified to ensure practicality and the highest applicability.

With nearly 30 training courses structured based on 5 basic management functions (P.O.S.L.C of H. Koontz & Hweihrich) combined with consulting tools, formulated skills, case studies the reality of each enterprise and the form of practical guidance after training, this series of programs aims to provide solutions to help students develop their management capabilities in the fastest way.
