Established in 1993 in Singapore, Microtec specializes in providing information technology solutions in the fields of financial systems (cash machines, applications for converting financial transactions), data storage systems ( Data backup and recovery solutions; SAN and NAS solutions). Business activities are concentrated mainly in Indochina, specifically countries such as Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. Currently, Microtec has 7 offices in Vietnam, with about 200 employees. Facing the development needs of the company, the Board of Management realized that the work planning and management should be standardized, the management team needs to improve the awareness of the role of management and raise a number of practical leadership skills to bring everyday performance.
